Integrating BrandStencil with ResourceSpace

How does the integration with ResourceSpace work?

As the video shows, when a user is making a design from a template which has an image select you can seamlessly give them access to your ResourceSpace image library to pick the image they want.

Browse folders

They can browse the folders or collections in ResourceSpace, or you can restrict the access to specific collections, if preferred.

Search by keyword

It's also possible for them to search your ResourceSpace account from inside BrandStencil.

Crop the image

Once the image has been selected it can be cropped in the template, if needed. We use 'smart crop masks' so that people can see how the image will sit in their design once it's added.

Insert metadata

You can also automatically insert metadata from ResourceSpace directly into the template, this is useful if for compliance. For example, you may need to include a photo credit.

Maintain image permissions

If a design is downloaded at a later date from BrandStencil a check is run against the image permissions in ResourceSpace to ensure it can still be used, ensuring compliance with digital rights.
