Subscriptions

We believe in simple pricing so that you understand the costs and their implications on your annual budget. Our annual fees are based on;

  • Number of users accessing the platform
  • The amount of storage you need
  • The number of integrations we need to support

Your requirements for these will slot you into one of our three subscription levels which includes annual maintenance time. We also offer a 10% discount for all organisations with not-for-profit status.

Set up & configuration costs

We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach so our setup and configuration costs are tailored to your organisation's needs. To give you an idea, some of the setup costs that you may require are;

We charge one-off fees to develop templates. Each template is quoted individually based on design and functionality to make sure you only pay for what you need.

To give you an idea

We understand that you’d like to have an idea, upfront, of costs. You want to make sure that including a brand management platform in your budget is a viable option before you spend precious time carrying out research.

Here's some ballpark example costs for the first year to give you an idea of what you can expect;

  • Small organisation - £6,000 for the first year
  • Medium organisation - £11,500 for the first year
  • Large organisation - £20,000 for the first year

After the first year, the costs reduce to the subscription only plus any extras that you may choose. Please note that all prices detailed are exclusive of VAT.

Questions & answers

Can we change our plan after signing up?

Your plan is usually paid for annually in advance, at the end of the year you can downsize your plan if you wish. If you'd prefer to pay monthly you can downsize at the end of each month.

Do you work with international organisations?

Yes, we work with organisations across the globe and have developed templates in more than 17 languages.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes, please do! You can set up a demo account which has some sample templates to play with. You can also invite other people in your organisation to set up an account so you can properly evaluate if it's right for you.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at the end of a payment period, so this is usually annually with a 60 day notice period. If you are thinking about cancelling your plan please get in touch and tell us what's not working for you and we can see how we can help.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes, most of our clients pay annually by invoice so you don't need to have access to a credit card to sign up.

How long is the contract?

Usually 12 months, although you can choose to pay monthly.

Are there any other fees?

Fees can be broken down into:

  1. Set up and configuration fees
  2. Template development fees
  3. Annual subscription fees
