Our standard order management system allows users to shop and order, sending the order by email to an agreed address, either at your supplier or to your central team for review and fulfilment.

Fulfilment system integration

With fulfilment integration we connect to your supplier's system via API to send orders directly into their management system to be fulfilled and delivered.

Using the API we can integrate with their inventory management system to display up to date stock levels and disable options to order if the items aren't available.

The fulfilment integration can manage both print-on-demand (POD) and call off merchandise stock. This gives your end-users a 'one stop shop' for all branded assets.

We can help you save more time by integrating your order process with your finance system to collect and attach PO numbers and assign them to the correct cost centre or product code.

This helps free up your team's time raising PO numbers and improves the accuracy of invoices as all the information collection is automated.
