Following the recent #blacklivesmatter protests in the UK and around the world we have been reflecting on how our company can be actively anti-racist. We've been learning through all the resources that have been shared and thinking about how we can pledge to tackle racism in our industry and beyond.

We don't want this post to be a performance of allyship but a real commitment to action. We will be actively researching how we can diversify our team through engaging with the local business community diversity groups, reviewing all our policies around diversity and inclusion, supporting local organisations that work with Black and Ethnic Minorities and encouraging our employees to discuss the issues around racism so we can educate ourselves on how to be actively anti racist and bring about change.
